Sometimes I find myself scratching my head and wondering about the development of computing and programming that was classified along the timeline were given.
Alan Watt indicated that there's 3 tiers of technology.
Academia is #3, and the bottom tier. It's the antiques of the other two.
Tier 2 is the CIA Intel agencies who all work tougher behind the scenes. Roughly 50 years ahead of current times.
Tier 1 is the tech that the dynastic ruling elite have access to. The actual elite, and not the British or similar. The people who put the royal bloodlines into their power.
It's difficult to prove the existence of most of the tier 1 & 2 technologies, but they occasionally leave clues.
I think the recent tsunami that hit Japan on 3/11/11 would be a good example of this advanced tech that might seem incomprehensible to most.
The other example is much more convincing, and also more recent. It's the jabs, and each jab included nano tech that self assembled in the video into a unique and unregistered blue tooth device. This can be confirmed by unlocking the developer options on any Android phone, and toggling the option to search for unregistered devices.
It's exactly like Klaus Schwab stated, "In the 4th industrial revolution, the biological and technological will be indistinguishable." And he was correct.
This might explain the contact tracing, and I'd speculate it was probably a software install, or the source of nano assembly instructions. Recall that the "Contact tracing" app just unlocked itself on everyone's phone one day.
This doesn't in any way detract from Dijkstra's contrabutions. But it's also possible that a kingfisher selected this scaled fish, and brought him into a higher tier.
